E & M Land Services is a female owned business, owned and operated by Sarah and Ryne Brutus. The business was founded in 2019 and began with a primary focus of landscape design and installation. We are so grateful to live in a community where our landscaping work is known and respected.
Over the years we’ve expanded our scope of work to include commercial excavation and site development, partnering with general contractors throughout Central Indiana under the name HIG Solutions. We recently integrated the two companies and today, we’re proud to offer all our services under the name E & M Land Services. This evolution allows us to be your single, trusted source for projects of any scale, combining years of experience under one name to better serve our community.
